Leadership
Rooted Mission is led by Leslie Soderberg and Erick Soderberg.
Leslie brings experience in organizational culture, recruitment & talent strategy, systems design, digital infrastructure, and execution strategy & planning. She has led culture initiatives, advised executive teams, and supported nonprofits, education platforms, membership organizations, and mission-driven ventures in building strong operational foundations.
Erick brings experience across finance, fundraising, real estate development, and capital strategy. He has led revenue initiatives, structured funding efforts, and supported organizations through complex growth phases. He also develops and delivers entrepreneurship and real estate programming focused on building financially sound, sustainable ventures.
Together, they bring both operational depth and revenue acumen ensuring ideas are not only well designed, but financially viable and structurally sound.
